Each teacher is assigned to one of the following categories based on their experience and teaching competencies (Junior Teacher, Teacher, Experienced Teacher, Senior Teacher). This category is directly related to the reimbursement. When your cooperation with the language school is smooth, you receive positive feedback from your students, and your teaching skills are improving, it is possible to ascend to the next category and to receive a pay rise.
Teachers who have been cooperating with us for at least one school year and whose cooperation has been unproblematic are offered financial bonuses regularly.
As the job of a teacher is connected with a lot of travelling, we reimburse travel expenses to our full-time teachers.
